Accommodation Rates
Our advertised rates for all apartments and studios are based on two adults per room.
Additional Guests
Additional guest charges apply to our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments:
- Children under 15 years: NZD $20 per night when using existing bedding.
- Children aged 15 years and over, and adults: NZD $25 per night when using existing bedding.
- Extra beds or cots: Available upon request and subject to availability. These must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed by management.
Amendments & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, we require at least 3 days' notice prior to your arrival date.
Reservations cancelled or amended after this time may incur a charge of the full reservation amount.
Early Departure
If you leave after the first night of your stay without advising us, or fail to return by the scheduled check-out time, the remaining nights of your reservation may be cancelled and charged.

Check-out: by 10:00AM
If you expect to arrive before 2:00PM, please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Early Check-In
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If you require guaranteed access to your room before 2:00PM, we recommend booking the room from the previous night.
Alternatively, we are happy to store your luggage free of charge until your room is ready.
Late Check-In
Our reception is open until 9:00PM.
If you plan to arrive after 9:00PM, please contact us in advance or advise us of your expected arrival time when making your reservation. We will be happy to arrange late check-in instructions for you.
